In the heart of the Finnish winter, we set out on a mission to see the Northern Lights, a breathtaking natural phenomenon. Despite numerous attempts, we were unable to catch a glimpse of them.
Many times we have taken a car for miles without seeing anything because we relied on an application indicating the probabilities as well as showing the webcams in the towns where the auroras were.
However, our luck changed on the last day of February when we found ourselves in Norway. As we gazed up at the sky, we were mesmerized by the dancing colors of the auroras, a sight that filled us with awe and wonder. This experience taught us the importance of perseverance and patience, and it left us with memories that will last a lifetime.
from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m. the auroras danced and it was a real spectacle,a memory marked for life in the middle of a fjord without light.
